When you submit an enquiry or loan application, we may collect: full name, phone number, WhatsApp contact, email address, vehicle details, and financial information you choose to provide. We do not collect payment card information through this website.

We use your information solely to assess your enquiry, communicate with you about your application, and, where appropriate, introduce your enquiry to matched lenders. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. Data retention

We retain application data for up to 5 years. Enquiry data that does not proceed to a loan application is retained for up to 2 years.

5. Your rights
